摘要
目的 评价Accutrend○RGCT葡萄糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油检测系统分析性能。方法 5 0例自愿参加受试患者 ,隔夜禁食 10h以上 ,采取手指末梢全血和肘静脉血。用Accutrend○R GCT仪检测末梢全血葡萄糖(CBG)、胆固醇 (CBC)、三酰甘油 (CBT)及静脉全血葡萄糖 (VBG)、胆固醇 (VBC)、三酰甘油 (VBT) ,并与全自动生化仪检测的静脉血清葡萄糖 (VSG)、胆固醇 (VSC)、三酰甘油 (VST)进行比较 ,同时对仪器准确性、重复性等作了验证。结果 Accutrend○RGCT仪检测CBG、CBC、CBT及VBG、VBC、VBT ,与VSG、VSC、VST数值均非常接近 ,有显著的相关性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且CBG与VSG、CBC与VSC、CBT与VST有良好的线性关系 ,r2 分别为0 .98,0 .76和 0 .96 ;葡萄糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油高、中、低值血样重复性试验结果变异系数 (CV)在 1.2 5 %～5 .81% ,平均为 3.2 6 %。仪器间和试纸批号间差异较小。结论 Accutrend○RGCT检测仪具有快速、简便、准确、重复性好 ,便于携带等优点 。
Objective To evaluate the performance of Accutrend ○R GCT glucose cholesterol triglyceride test system. Methods Both fingertips and elbow vein blood were taken from 50 volunteers who had been fasting for more than ten hours. Capillary blood glucose (CBG), capillary blood cholesterol (CBC) and capillary blood triglyceride (CBT) were tested with Accutrend ○R GCT; Venous serum glucose (VSG), venous serum cholesterol (VSC) and venous serum triglyceride (VST) were tested with biochemical analysis. Results The value of CBG, VBG, VSG; CBC, VBC, VSC and CBT, VBT, VST were all very comparall with significant relativity( P <0.001). And there were good linearity between CBG and VSG, CBC and VSC, CBT and VST. r 2 were 0.98, 0.76, and 0.96 respectively. The CV of glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride in high, medium and low level was between 1.25% 5.81%, with average of 3.26%. It showed very little difference in varied lot of strips and meters. Conclusions Accutrend ○R GCT is a fast, simple,accurate and high reproducille portable instrument which is suitable for patients slef monitoring and clinical use.
