摘要
目的 研究糖耐量减低 (IGT)者尿中微量蛋白的改变 ,监测IGT的进展和预防糖尿病 (DM )的发生。方法 采用速率散射比浊法检测尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)、α1 微球蛋白 (α1 MG)、转铁蛋白 (TRF)和微量白蛋白(mAlb) ;葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖。结果 IGT组尿中 β2 MG、α1 MG和TRF与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ) ;mAlb差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 IGT期间尿中已有 β2 MG、α1 MG、TRF漏出。
Objective To study the variation of urinary microproteins in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) for preventing the occurence of diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods Using the rate nephelometry to analyze the levels of urinary β 2 microglobulin (β 2 MG), α 1 microglobulin(α 1 MG), transferrin (TRF) and micro albumin(mAlb). The levels of blood glucose was analyzed by glucokinase oxidase method. Results The levels of urinary β 2 MG, α 1 MG and TRF in the group of IGT were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05), but no statistical difference in urinary mAlb level between IGT group and control group ( P >0.05). Conclusions Urinary β 2 MG, α 1 MG and TRF in IGT group were significantly higher than those in control group.
