摘要
三线建设是新中国历史中的一件大事。上世纪80年代以来,对三线建设的评价有许多争论,主要观点有3种:(1)认为三线建设造成了极大的浪费和损失,应该基本否定;(2)认为三线建设取得了巨大的成就,应该基本肯定;(3)认为三线建设既有成就也有损失。分析了不同观点形成的原因,认为只有在唯物史观的指导下,进行全面、客观、历史的综合考量,才能准确地评价三线建设。
Three-line Construction was regarded as a major event in P.R.C.history.Since 1980s,there have been a lot of arguments about the appraisement of Three-line Construction.There are three major viewpoints: (1)Three-line Construction caused maximum waste and losses and should be basically negated; (2)Three-line Construction achieved great achievements and should be basically affirmed; and (3) Three-line Construction made achievements and also losses.Through further investigation into the reasons of different viewpoints,this article finally points out that only under the guidance of historical materialism and by overall,objective and historical comprehensive examination and measurement can Three-line Construction be appraised accurately.
