摘要
对矿物原料基地建设评价的基本理论、内容体系、指标体系和评价工作的突出特点———项目群评价进行了初步分析 ,提出了矿物原料基地建设技术经济评价的基本框架。
The construction base source of mineral raw materials is an important way for china's mineral products supply in the early next century.The tech economics evaluation of the base source construction has the great significance in theory and practice,and it is a new field of study in mineral economics,which the field is between area mineral economics and the tech economics evaluation of ore deposits.ln this essay,the basic theory,the contents and index system about the tech economics evaluation for the base source sonstruction are analysed preliminarily and the project groups appreciation is promoted as its outstanding characteristics.The outline of the tech economics evaluution is worked out for the base source construction of mineral raw materals.
