急性脑损伤大鼠血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察急性脑损伤后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平动态变化与脑皮层神经元损伤程度的关系。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分成假手术对照组和创伤组。用自由落体打击器造成一侧脑外伤模型。每组分别在术后3、6、24h收集标本,作病理切片记数伤灶周边脑皮层损伤神经元数,用放射免疫双抗体夹心法测定血清NSE水平。结果大鼠脑损伤后血清NSE水平显著增高穴P<0.05雪,且与伤灶周边脑皮层损伤神经元数呈正相关关系穴P<0.01雪。结论脑损伤后血清NSE水平与神经元损害程度密切相关。 Objective To observe the dynamic change of serum levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE) following traumatic brain injury (TBI) in rats. Methods A total of 36 SD rats were divided into two groups: injured group (Group A) and sham operated group. Animals in group A were subjected to a lateral moderate cortical impact injury caused by a free-falling object. A series samples were obtained at 3, 6 and 24h after trauma in two groups. The number of damaged cortical neurons around the impact site was observed pathologically. The serum levels of NSE were measured by radio-immunoassay. Results Following TBI in rats, the serum levels of NSE were significantly increased (P<0.05) and related positively to the number of the damaged neurons (P<0.01). Conclusion The serum levels of NSE are related to the severity of the brain injury.
