摘要
以木素磺酸钙为原料,通过接枝、阳离子化制备两性木素基絮凝剂LSDC 对醛胺摩尔比、羟甲基化反应时间和温度、胺甲基化反应时间和温度等因素对LSDC脱色性能的影响进行了正交及单因素实验,并将LSDC用于多种模拟染料废水的脱色处理中,实验结果表明:此方法制备的两性木素基絮凝剂对多种染料具有良好的脱色效果。
A kind of amphoteric lignin-base flocculant, denoted as LSDC,was prepared by graft and cationization with cacium lignin sulfonate as raw material.Orthogonal experiments were conducted to study the effect factors on the decolorization performances of LSDC. The factors include the ratio of aldehyde and amine,hydroxymethylation temperature and time as well as aminomethylation temperature and time. The application tests of LSDC were conducted regarding the discoloring of several dyes from the synthetic aqueous solutions. And over 80% of the discoloring rate could be achieved.
