摘要
研究了以氢氧化钠沉淀分离钴基体,铵试剂显色吸光光度法测定碳酸钴中铵,实验结果显示线性范围为0～150μg/50mL,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率范围为97.5%～104%.
The cobalt matrix is precipited and separated by sodium hydroxide,and ammonium is determined in cobalt carbonate by absorption spectrophotometric method of colour reaction with ammonium reagent.The result shows that the linear range are0to150μg/50ml,the relative standard deviation is less than5%,and the recovery obtained are in the range of97.5%to104%.
