碱式碳酸钴的水热合成及其结构表征 被引量:5

摘要 采用水热法合成了不同形貌的碱式碳酸钴。在反应体系中,硝酸钴为钴源,尿素为沉淀剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为结构导向剂。通过调整结构导向剂的种类、比例以及反应温度,经水热处理可实现对碱式碳酸钴的形貌和尺寸大小的控制。用红外光谱(FT-IR)对所制样品的组分进行分析,用X射线衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)表征产物的结构和形貌。结果表明:四种样品都各自呈现一种独特而有趣的形貌。 The cobalt hydroxide carbonate with different morphology has been synthesized through hydrothermal method using Co(NO3)2·6H2O as cobalt source and urea as precipitating agent in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfates(SDS) or Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).The components of products were analyzed by FT-IR.The structure and morphology were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),respectively.The results show that every one among the four samples displays an interesting and distinctive morphology.
