摘要
研究了疲劳产生过程中的一些现象,结合实验论证,给出了日常锻炼和竞技运动后消除疲劳的最佳手段,对全民健身、体育教学、运动队训练具有广泛指导意义。
Some phenomena in the course of causing fatigue are studied and combined with experimental proofs, the best measures of getting rid of fatigue are presented, which are of instructive significance in promoting people's health, physical training education and athelets training.
