选择体重一致、健康无病、初始体重 10 4 13± 0 4 6g宝石鲈 10 5尾 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 3重复 ,分别喂以蛋白水平为 2 3 6 4 %、2 8 4 5 %、33 5 0 %、37 0 4 %和 4 1 6 2 %的等能颗粒饲料 (以白鱼粉为蛋白源 ) ,在 15口水泥池中控温养殖 8周 ,研究饲料蛋白水平对宝石鲈生长和体组成的影响。饲养试验结果表明 :饲料蛋白水平为 33 5 0 %时 ,宝石鲈的增重率最大 ,与饲料蛋白水平 2 3 6 4 %组相比差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,与 2 8 4 5 %组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与 37 0 4 %和4 1 6 2 %组间没有显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。试验不同组间鱼体肥满度、肝体指数、蛋白质净利用率和饵料系数没有显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。通过增重率的折线法分析结果表明 ,宝石鲈获得最佳增重率的饲料蛋白需要量为 33 94 %。饲料蛋白水平对鱼体组成和肌肉成分研究表明 ,饲料蛋白水平为 33 5 0 %时鱼体蛋白含量最高 ,与蛋白水平 2 3 6 4 %组相比 ,差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;体脂肪含量随着饲料蛋白水平的增加而不断下降 ,饲料蛋白 2 3 6 4 %组与 4 1 6 2 %组之间差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;鱼体灰分含量随着饲料蛋白水平的增加而不断上升 ,4 1 6 2 %组与 2 3 6 4 %、2 8 4 5 %和 33 5 0 %组间差异均达显著水平 (P <0 0 5 )。?
The effects of dietary protein levels on growth performance and body composition of jade perch were investigated by using white fishmeal as a protein source in pellet feeds.105 jade perch with initial body weight 104.13±0.46g was used in 8-week growth trial.All the test fish were divided into 5 groups with triplicates,which were cultured in 15 concrete tanks at 24±1℃ and fed 5 isoenergic diets containing different protein levels(23.64%,28.45%,33.50%,37.04%,41.62%).The results showed that increase weight rate at 33.50%dietary protein was the highest,which were very significantly (P<0.01)higher than that at 23.64%dietary protein,and significantly(P<0.05) higher than that at 28.45% dietary protein,and there were no significant difference with those at 37.04% and 41.62% dietary proteins.There were respectively no significant differences in fish condition factors, hepatosomatic indices,net protein utilizations and feed conversion ratios(FCR) between fish fed different diets.The dietary protein requirement for jade perch,to get optimal growth was 33.94%,based on broken-line model analysis of the increase weight rates. The results of body composition analysis showed that 33.50%dietary protein group achieved very significantly difference (P<0.01) to 23.64%dietary protein group and significantly difference(P<0.05) to 28.45%dietary protein group in body protein content.Fat content in whole body decreased with the increase in dietary protein level. 41.62% dietary protein group exhibited significantly(P<0.05) higher body fat content than that of 23.64%dietary protein group(P<0.05). 41.62%dietary protein group exhibited significantly higher body ash content than that of 23.64%,28.45%and 33.50%dietary protein groups,respectively.(P<0.05).The protein content in muscle was the highest in 33.50% dietary protein group,which exhibited significantly higher than that of 23.64%and 28.45%dietary protein groups,respectively(P<0.05).Whereas,there were no significantly differences among groups in moisture,crude lipid and ash contents in muscles (P>0.05).
