摘要
分别给宝石鲈(Scortum bacoo)幼鱼(初始体重11.12±0.87 g)喂以蛋白水平为30.89%、36.67%、40.08%、44.90%和49.14%的等能颗粒饲料,以探讨宝石鲈对饲料中蛋白质的需求量。室内网箱25 d饲养试验结果表明:饲料中蛋白含量30.89%时,宝石鲈幼鱼的终体重、相对增重率最小,均显著低于其它组(P<0.05),其余组间无显著差异(P>0.05);各组间的终体长、相对增长率、成活率和蛋白质效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。30.89%组的饲料系数显著高于36.67%、44.90%和49.14%组(P<0.05),极显著高于40.08%组(P<0.01)。增重率的折线分析表明,宝石鲈幼鱼对饲料蛋白的最适需要量是39.71%。
The effects of dietary protein levels on growth performance of jade perch(Scortum bacoo) juvenile(initial body weight:11.12±0.87 g) were investigated.The juvenile were fed with 5 isoenergic diets containing different levels of protein(30.89%,36.67%,40.08%,44.90%,49.14%) for 25 days.The results showed that body weight and increase weight of 30.89% protein group were significantly decreased(P<0.05) than the rest protein group,but there were no significant difference with those of the rest protein group(P>0.05).The feed conversion rate of 30.89% protein group were significantly higher(P<0.05) than those of 36.67%,44.90% and 49.14% protein group,but were very significantly higher(P<0.01) than those of 40.08% protein group.There were no significant difference with body length,increase length,surbvival rate and protein efficiency rate of all the protein group(P>0.05).The dietary protein requirement for jade perch,to get optimal growth was 39.71%,based on broken-line model analysis of the weight increase.
