摘要
美国和日本是信息强国,其信息的高速发达离不开信息政策的协调和促进作用。美日两国 信息政策,为我国信息政策的制定与完善提供了可借鉴的经验和方法。
America and Japan are developed countries in information. The rapid development depends very much on the adjustment and prcmotion functions of their information policies. We analyze American and Japanese information policies in order to provide some experience and methods for our country to make and perfect our information policies.
