摘要
文章从信息政策的概念入手，进一步探讨了信息政策的内涵与作用，就我国在信息化建设中信息政策的选择与制定提出了建设性的意见。
Information policy is a key factor to socia1 information process. The article begins with the concept of information policy, discusses its intention and function, and gives suggestions on the choice of information policy of our country.
