摘要
研究 4 0℃持续热应激对肉鸡动脉压的影响 ,探讨肉鸡热应激发生发展规律。将 6 0只 2 5日龄商品代雄性AA肉鸡随机分为对照组 ( 2 1~ 2 4℃ ,相对湿度 ( 5 0± 5 ) % )和试验组 ( ( 4 0± 0 5 )℃ ,相对湿度 ( 70± 5 ) % ) ,分组后自由采食和饮水 ,对肉鸡的股动脉压进行动态检测。结果显示 :热暴露使肉鸡平均股动脉压 ( ( 16 6 6± 0 4 7) ,( 10 81±1 5 9)kPa)、股动脉收缩压 ( ( 18 6 1± 0 4 8) ,( 12 0 0± 1 4 9)kPa)和股动脉舒张压 ( ( 15 6 8± 0 4 7) ,( 10 2 1±1 6 6 )kPa)极显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;热暴露 10h时使股动脉收缩压最大变化速率 ( ( 5 1 36± 2 0 2 7) ,( 32 72± 4 85 )kPa·s-1)显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;热暴露后 2和 5h使股动脉舒张压最大变化速率 ( ( 5 4 97± 2 5 91) ,( 31 88± 5 4 9)和 ( 5 3 4 9± 2 2 94 ) ,( 31 92± 5 5 6 )kPa·s-1)显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;热暴露后 10h股动脉舒张压最大变化速率( ( 5 8 6 5± 18 4 9) ,( 18 0 9± 4 6 6 )kPa·s-1)极显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。平均股动脉压与呼吸频率、体温极显著负相关(r =- 0 6 2 3,r=- 0 6 4 2 ;P <0 0 1)。结果表明 ,4 0℃持续热暴露 ,使肉鸡的股动脉压极显著下降 ;股动脉压短时间内极显著?
This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of 40?℃ constant heat stress on artery pressure. Methods: sixty 25 day old male AA broilers were randomly divided into two groups (30×2): the control group (C, 21~24?℃, (50±5) % relative humidity) and thermostress group (T, (40±0 5)?℃,(70±5) % relative humidity). In the period of experiment, the femoral artery pressure (FAP) of broiler chickens in different groups were examined. Results: the mean femoral artery pressure (mFAP, (16 66±0 47),(10 81±1 59)?kPa), femoral artery systolic pressure (FASP,(18 61±0 48),(12 00±1 49)?kPa) and femoral artery diastolic pressure (FADP, (15 68±0 47),(10 21±1 66) kPa) of the birds in the T group decreased significantly ( P <0 01). The maximum rate of rise of FASP (+(d p /d t )max, (51 36±20 27),(32 72±4 85)?kPa·s -1 ) of the birds in the T group decreased significantly ( P <0 05) 10 hours after thermostress. The maximum rate of rise of FADP (︱-(d p /d t )︱max) of the birds in the T group decreased significantly ( P <0 05) 2 ((54 97±25 91),(31 88±5 49)?kPa·s -1 ) and 5 ((53 49±22 94), (31 92±5 56 )?kPa·s -1 ) hours after thermostress, and decreased significantly ( P <0 01) 10 hours after thermostress. The mFAP has significantly negative correlation with respiration rate and rectal temperature ( r =-0 623, r =-0 642; P < 0 01). Conclusions: The FAP of chickens in the 40?℃constant heat stress group decreases significantly; the marked decrease of FAP during the short time is possibly one major reason of the death of the broilers.
