摘要
为获得共轭亚油酸 (CLA)乳酸菌的菌种 ,从酸菜汁中筛选出 1株CLA生成能力较强的的乳酸菌 ,发酵液中CLA生成量为 2 6 7 5 μg·mL-1。此株为革兰氏阳性杆菌 ,过氧化氢酶阴性 ,4 5℃下生长 ,15℃基本不生长。基于生化试验和培养基成分的利用情况 ,鉴定为植物乳杆菌Lactobacillusplantarum。经气相色谱检测 ,该菌种合成的CLA产物为c9,t11/t9,c11 CLA和t10 ,c12 CLA的混合物。
The study was carried out to obtain conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) producing lactic acid bacteria. A lactic acid bacteria L 18 was isolated from pickle juice samples which have the higher value of CLA forming ability, its CLA production in the supernatant was 267 5?μg·mL -1 . The culture was found to be Gram positive, rods and catalase negative. It grew at 45?℃ but not at 15?℃, identified as Lactobacillus plantarum, on the basis of the biochemical characteristics and the utilization of substrates. The production of L 18 culture is the mixture of c9,t11/t9,c11 CLA and t10,c12 CLA by gas chromatography analysis.
