摘要
从养殖场附近淤泥中采样,分离得到20株胶原蛋白水解活性的菌株。经活性平板初筛、摇床复筛及酶活测定,筛选得到1株胶原蛋白酶活性为28.70U/mL的菌株。通过对该菌株16S rDNA的blast检索及序列分析表明,该菌株与蜡状芽孢杆菌属有99%以上的同源性,结合生理生化实验结果,经形态观察、生化试验,初步鉴定该菌株为蜡状芽孢杆菌。
Twenty strains with collagen hydrolyzation activity were isolated from the soil of the pig mark. The strain with collagenase activity about 28.70U/ml was obtained by primary plate screening, secondary incubator screening and enzyme activity assay. Blast analysis showed that the 16S rDNA of the strain was 99% similarity with Bacillus cereus. The result including biochemical tests indicated that the stain MAP-K5 was belonged to Bacillus cereus.
