摘要
农村小康社会建设是全面建设小康社会的重点和难点。目前,农村小康社会建设面临着农民收入增长缓慢、农民负担依然沉重等困难,为此,必须积极研究和探索农村小康社会建设的途径和对策。
Building a well-off rural society is the difficulty and the focal point of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Now the rural social construction is faced with some difficulties of slow peasant income growth and heavy peasant burden, therefore, the countermeasures and ways of building a well-off rural society should be studied and explore.
