摘要
针对黄河水泥沙分离机振动问题,比较了分离机工作状态与动平衡实验状态下支承反力的差异,建立了两种状况的力学模型。重点分析了振动原因,提出了分离机的现场平衡方法。该法平衡速度快、精度高,具有较强的实用性。
Aimed at the vibration of separator separating Yellow River water-mud, the counterforce difference between the test state and work state of separator is compared and the force modeling of two states are elected. The vibration causes of separator are analyzed emphatically. The locale balance method which solves the homeostasis about the whole separator is put forward. This method is efficient and precise and practicable.
