摘要
目前我国小型单缸卧式发动机多用于手扶拖拉机、小型收割机、小型移动式排灌装置等。由于其自身的一阶往复惯性力不平衡,作用于机组产生振动和噪声。特别是操纵手柄的振动,恶化了使用者的工作条件,历来受到关注。为解决此问题,过去均着眼于发动机本身一阶往复惯性力的削减上,采用单轴或双轴平衡机构,导致结构复杂、成本提高、故障增多。 本文提出,从整体机组考虑,仅改变已有零件的结构参数,达到整机减振的目的。因此应考虑作为小型单缸机一阶往复惯性力平衡方法的首选方案或与其它方案配合,使总方案简化。
For the present China's small-sized horizontal engines with single-cylinder are mostly used on walking tractors, small type harvester, and small portable irrigation equipment, etc. Vibration and noises are caused by the unbalanced first-order reciprocal inertia in the engine itself acting on the machine set. Especially the vibration of the control lever deteriorates the working conditions of the operator. To this a constant attention has been paid. To solve the problem a single-shaft or two-shaft balancing mechanism has been adopted to eliminate the first-order reciprocal inertia of the engine itself. This, however, leads to the complication of structures, rise of costs and increase of troubles.In this paper, a new method of changing only the structural parameters of the original parts, starting from the integral machine set has been developed, to reduce the vibration of the integral set. This method should be, therefore, considered as the best alternative, or used in combination with other Alternatives.
