摘要
实现农业产业化,能够有效地解决小生产与大市场之间的矛盾,带动农业结构战略性调整,提高科技对农业的贡献率和农业规模效益,从而改变农民收入增长缓慢的问题。推进农业产业化发展,要采取积极有效的措施,政府管理部门应加强引导,大力发展各种农民组织,推进规模经营,发挥龙头企业的作用。要充分发挥国家政策的效能,在全社会努力形成一种配套措施和发展机制,农业产业化就会得到较快的发展。
Realizing agricultural industrialization can solve effectively the contradictions between small-scale production and big market, promote the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure, raise the contributive capacity of science and technology of agriculture and agricultural benefits in scale, thus improving the slow increase for farmers' income. It's necessary to adopt vigorous and effective measures to advance agricultural industrialization. The governmental departments should heighten their macro-guides, giving energetic support to various famer' organizations, giving great impetus to large scale management in business and giving full play to enterprises' leading role. Efficacy of state policy should be fully made, and agricultural industrialization will be well developed if certain interrelated measures and developmental systems are formed harmoniously in the whole society.
