期刊作为知识经济时代知识和信息的重要载体,在教学科研创新中的地位日益提高。它既为教学科研创新提供了最新的材料,也有助于拓展教学科研的创新视角,因此对图书馆期刊管理理念的更新及期刊管理模式的探讨是十分有价值的。
Journals, as an important vehicle of knowledge and information in the knowledge economy age, occupies higher status in teaching and research innovations. They not only provide the latest information about teaching and research development but also help expand perspectives of innovation in teching and research. Therefore, the notions of library management should be timely renewed so that a new management model can be obtained.
