摘要
数字图书馆所具有的信息资源数字化、信息传递网络化等特点决定了对馆员的素质提出了更多的要求,如应具备独立获取信息的能力、外语应用能力和语言文字表达能力、计算机网络通讯技术的应用能力等,因此应采取诸多对策以提高数字图书馆馆员的素质。
Digital library is characterized by the digitalization cyberlization of information resources, which determines more requirements for librarians, including the ability to get information independently, foreign language use ability, language production skills, web skills and the like. So many measures should be taken to increase the qualities of the librarians.
