摘要
对立式炉正面分火烤房、立式炉两侧分火烤房、巴西式烤房、韩国式烤炉以及旧式烤房分作两组进行3年试验。巴西式烤房在中上等烟比例、级指、均价等方面优于其它各类型烤房,尤其对下部烟叶烘烤效果好,但造价高、耗煤高、烘烤成本贵。立式正面分火烤房烘烤效果也比较好,比较节煤,对上部烟叶烘烤效果最好。应进一步吸收国外烤房设计优点,研究提高中下部烟叶烘烤工艺,一并推广。韩国式烤炉,控温控湿效果好,中部烟叶中上等烟比例高,节煤效果最好,但价格贵。立式两侧分火烤房和旧式烤房缺点多,建议改造成立式正面分火烤房。
Five different types of flue-curing barn were divided into two groups to test their flue-curing effects for three years. The results showed that Brazilian type was better than the others at the ratio of middle class and superior tobacco leaves, commercial grades and the mean price, especially good for the bottom leaves; but the price, coal consumption and curing cost were high. The straight-thro vertical tubular type was suitable for Yunnan conditions with the better curing effect, lower coal consumption and the best effect for the upper leaves. Korean type had better effects on controlling temperature and humidity, high ratio of the middle class and superior leaves and the lowest coal consumption, but the price was expensive. The side-by-side vertical tubular and the horizontal-chamber types had many defects and should be refitted into the straight-thro vertical tubular one.
