摘要
本文通过分析独立学院的学生现状 ,阐述了在独立学院中建设专职辅导员队伍的必要性。结合南昌航空工业学院的实践经验 ,探讨了高素质专职辅导员队伍建设的策略和措施。
This paper illuminates the necessity of cultivation of full time Assistants for the students’ management by analyzing the status quo of students in the independent colleges. According to the practical experience of Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology we have discussed the strategy and measures for the group building of Assistants with high quality.
