摘要
对焊接不均匀体在腐蚀条件下的电偶腐蚀行为进行了讨论。利用sMRE技术测定了带裂纹的非均匀体表面的电位分布,讨论了非均匀体表面腐蚀电位的不均匀分布现象,分析了非均匀体电偶腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀之间的相互作用,并指出了非均匀体的腐蚀行为对其断裂行为可能带来的影响。
In this paper the couple corrosion of heterogeneous welded bodies in corrosive cnvironment is discussed. By using SMRE the distribution of electric potential on the surface of heterogeneous cracked bodies is measured and discussed. Correlation between couple corrosion and crevice corrosion is analyzed and the possible effect of corrosion of heterogeneous bodies on their fracture behaviour is pointed out.
