摘要
夫妻暴力是家庭暴力中最常见的一种,遏制夫妻暴力,必须解决好夫妻暴力的相关问题,文章根据婚姻法及 司法解释中有关家庭暴力的规定,结合社会现实,研究探讨了夫妻暴力的概念、特点及其反夫妻暴力面临的问题,从 立法、执法和行政方面提出了相应的对策。
The conjugal violence is a very common in the domestic violence the most familiar. So, to prevent the conjugal violence we shall resolve the related problems. The article researches the conception of conjugal violence, special feature and problems that face against conjugal violence from viewpoint of the law of marriage, judicial interpretations and reality of society. Meanwhile, the article puts forward corresponding with measures form legislative, enforce the law and administration aspect .
