摘要
本文分析了典型的中小型LED工程类企业原有组织模式在内部协调、与协作厂的协调、与客户的协调等方面存在的问题,指出我国现有的LED工程类企业亟待进行管理变革,并依据并行工程的管理思想,提出了建立新的组织集成模式的构想,以期提高企业的工作效率和效益。
The thesis analyzes the defects of the typical LED engineering enterprise's old organization model in three aspects such as the internal coordination of companies, cooperation with collaborating factories and with customers. It puts forward a new design of organization integration model based on the concurrent engineering management ideology in order to promote companies' efficiency and beneficial result.
