摘要
利用PCR技术对烟粉虱与温室白粉虱内共生菌进行分子比较研究 ,筛选出C、D、G和H等 4对引物 ,分别能够扩增出烟粉虱内共生菌的groEL基因、初生内共生菌与次生内共生菌的1 6SrDNA基因 ,与GenBank中相应序列的同源性分别为 99%、99 5 8%、98%和 98% ,而不能从温室白粉虱内共生菌中扩增出该类基因 。
PCR technique was used to distinguish Bemisia tabaci from Trialeurodes vaporariorum. The results showed that C,D,G and H special primers were acquired,C and D for groEL,G and H for 16Sr DNA of primary endosymbiont and secondary endosymbiont from Bemisia tabaci were amplified respectively,and similarity between the sequences from the four primers and the sequences from GenBank is 99%,99^58%,98% and 98%.But the four primers were not suitable for amplifying from Trialeurodes vaporariorum ,indicating that the endosymbionts were different between Bemisia tabaci and Trialeurodes vaporariorum.
