摘要
以野生型苹果酒酵母菌Y0 2 为出发菌株 ,利用 8× 1 0 15ion cm2 注入剂量对出发菌株Y0 2 进行诱变处理 ,得到 1株形态特征、部分生化特征、菌体蛋白质等发生明显变异的突变株IONⅡ 1 1dry ,该突变株的产酒率比出发菌株提高 2 2 4% 。
The wild type apple wine yeast Y 02 was treated by ion implantation with the dose of 8×10 15 ion/cm2.As results, a special mutant strain, ION Ⅱ 11dry, was obtained.The morphology characters, partial biochemistry characters, mycelium protein of the mutant strain were distictively changed compared with original strain Y 02 .After the fermentation test,the apple wine producing rate of the mutant strain increased 22^4% compared with original strain.These results showed that ion implantation was an effective method for mutagenesis.
