摘要
通过我国青少年业余游泳后备人才培养现状的调查、分析,结果表明,我国游泳运动员 依靠业余体校、游泳学校／体校和体工队三级训练网模式,已经影响到后备人才的培养。建议:打 破国家独办体育的局面,通过合作制、股份制等形式,广泛吸引社会资金和技术的参与;实行"体 教结合";充分利用假期对运动员强化训练,才能培养出更多的游泳后备人才。
Through investigation and analysis on condition of our junior swimmers training , the author finds out that our swimmers training mainly depend on spare time sports school, swimming school and sports team. This model influences the cultivation of junior swimmers. It suggests that we should break the condition of nation governing the sports. Through cooperation and shareholding system, extensively attracting the social fund and technique. Implement the combining of training and teaching,making fully use of intensive training during vacation. Only in this way,can we cultivate the more junior swimmers.
