摘要
采用文献资料法和专家访谈法,从竞技人才培养体制的角度对中美大学生篮球联赛进行分析和研究,找出NCAA人才培养成功的根源、CUBA和大超联赛并存的原因以及他们与NCAA的差异和不足,为我国高校篮球竞技人才的培养提供参考。
Through documentation, expert interviews, the paper analyses the difference of basketball league matches of college student between USA and China from the angle of sports talent training system, finding out the success source of NCAA talent training and the coexisting reason and discrepancy of CUBA and super league matches of Chinese college student, offering reference for the training for the college basketball sports talent of our country.
