巴戟天细胞悬浮培养生产蒽醌类物质的研究 被引量:3

摘要 巴戟天细胞在含NAA0.25mg/L,Kt0.025mg/L的B5培养基中进行悬浮培养,细胞比生长速率为0.140天-1,倍增时间为118.8小时,蒽醌含量可达151.27mg/L,为细胞干重的0.81%。巴戟天细胞中蒽醌含量是巴戟天根的2.17倍,蒽醌的比生产速率是巴戟天根的79.3倍,在固体培养愈伤组织中其蒽醌含量和比产率则分别是巴戟天根的6.1倍和209倍。 Cells from Morinda Officinalis How were suspension cultured on the B 5 medium containing 0.25 mg/L of NAA,0.025 mg/L of kinetin and 30g/L of sucrose.The specific growth rate of the cells was 0.14 day -1 ,the double time for the cell growth was 118 hours.The yield of anthraquinone was 151 mg/L,the content of anthraquinone in the cultured cell was 0.81 g per 100 g of dried cell weight which was 2.17 fold of that in the plant root. The specific production rate of anthraquinone in the cultured cell was 79 fold higher than that in the plant root of Morinda Officinalis How .
