摘要
本文论述了高分子复合材料在水力机械过流部件抗磨蚀保护层上应用的意义,着重讨论了固化剂、树脂、养护温度和填料级配等因素对材料性能的影响。同时实验结果还表明,所用材料在模拟浑水试验装置——旋转圆盘仪上的损失量与时间的关系是线性的,因此用该曲线的科率可以定量地评价、比较材料的相对抗磨损、磨蚀性能。
The application of high polymer composites for water abrasion resistant parts of hydraulic equipment in the anti-abrasion protection layer was introduced.The article emphasized that the material properties was affected by the factors such as cure agent, resin, protection temperature and particle filler etc.The test result shows that the relationship between the loss contents of allmaterials in the anolog muddy water test equipment——rotation disk with time islinear.So the slope of this curve can evaluate and compare material anti-wearing and anti-abrasion properties.
