摘要
本文分析了高压玻璃钢管生产线上现有的切割、打锥系统所存在的不足,阐述了新改进的切割、打锥系统的优点、设计要点及主要构成,设计要点包括:①切割时管子一定要旋转;②胀紧系统的选择;③阴螺纹端旋转式切割机中切割片、胀塞及胀紧轴承座位置的确定;④阳螺纹端旋转式切割机中切割片、胀塞及胀紧轴承座位置的确定;⑤管子的切割、打锥定位,并作了具体的描述。
