摘要
目的测定夏莲颗粒剂中连翘苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Shim-pack ODS 柱(4.6 mm×150 mm);柱温:25℃;流动相:乙腈-水-三乙胺(24∶76∶0.02);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:276 nm。结果 线性范围为 10～90 μg/mL,回归方程为:Y=81390.7+13384232.4X,r=0.9988,平均回收率为 99.91%,RSD=1.27% (n=6)。结论 此法可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective Determination of the content of phillyrin in Xialian granules by HPLC. Method HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (24∶76∶0.02). The UV detection wavelength was 276nm. Shim-pack ODS separation column. Result A good linearity was obtained in the range of 10～90μg/mL, regression: =81390.7+1334232.4X (r =0.9988), Y the average recovery was 99.91%. RSD was 1.27% (n=6). Conclusion The method is good for determining phillyrin in Xialian granules.
