摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定夏莲颗粒剂中熊果酸的含量。方法 Shim-Pack ODS柱(4.6mm×150mm);柱温:25℃;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(90∶10∶0.04);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:220nm。结果 该方法的线性范围为10～50μg/mL,回归方程为:A=439.3+2371544.7C (r=0.9967),平均回收率为100.77%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。结论 该方法可作为夏莲颗粒剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To determination the content of ursolic acid in Xialian granules by HPLC. Method The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (90∶10∶0.04). The UV detection wavelength was 220nm, Shim-pack ODS (4.6mm×150mm) separation column. Result A good linearity was obtained in the range of 10～50μg, regression:A=439.3+2371544.7C (r=0.9967), the average recovery was 100.77%. RSD was 1.04% (n=6). Conclusion The method is good for determining ursolic acid in the Xialian granules.
