摘要
目的 :了解精神分裂症致残情况。 方法 :收集我院 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 7月进行残疾评定的精神分裂症 5 0 2例 ,采用中国实用残疾人评定标准评定精神残疾及等级。 结果 :5 0 2例中 4 96例 (98.8% )评定为精神残疾 ,其中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级分别为 12 .1%、5 4 .8%、33.1%。 结论 :精神分裂症致残率较高 ,其程度受性别、婚姻状况、药物依从性及社会支持系统的影响。
Objective:To study the disability situations in schizophrenic patients. Method:The disability appraisal was carried out in 502 schizophrenics in our hospital from 1998 to 2003, and Chinese scale of mental disability and intellectual impairment were evaluated. Results:The disability rate was 98.8%, and the Ⅰ grade,Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ grade disability rates were 12.1%,54.8% and 33.1% respectively. Conclusion:It is suggested that the disability rate and severity of schizophrenia have some correlation with gender, marriage, drug compliance and social support system.
