摘要
目的 :探讨惊恐障碍的遗传方式。 方法 :采用分离分析方法和多基因阈值理论对 75例惊恐障碍家系进行遗传方式探讨。 结果 :惊恐障碍的遗传方式符合常染色体隐性遗传 ,校正分离率为0 2 35同时也符合多基因遗传 ,一级亲属的加权平均遗传率为 (79 17± 4 39) %。 结论 :惊恐障碍是具有一个隐性主基因的多基因遗传病 ,但也存在不同的遗传背景。
Objective:To explore the model of inheritance of panic disorder. Method:75 genealogy with panic disorder were studied by segregation analysis and polygene threshold theory. Results:The correct segregation rate was 0.235.The weighted mean of the heritability of first-degree relatives was (79.17±4.39)%. Conclusion:The model of inheritance of panic disorder maybe a kind of polygene disease with a recessive major gene or conform to autosomal recessive inheritance.
