摘要
以FeCl3 ·6H2 O为源物质 ,尿素作沉淀剂 ,采用均相沉淀法制备α Fe2 O3 纳米晶 ,讨论了温度、沉淀剂用量、pH值等因素对试验的影响 ,并用TEM、XRD对所得样品进行表征 .结果表明 ,均相沉淀法制得的α Fe2 O3 纳米晶分散性好 ,粒度分布均匀 ,粒径为 2 0nm 。
The nanocrystal α-Fe_2O_3 was prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method,using FeCl_3·6H_2O as reagent and urea as precipitant.The effects of temperature,molecular ratio and pH on powder size were investigated.The powder was characterized by TEM and XRD.The powder from urea complex has good dispersal with the size of 20 nm.The method is suitable for industrial production.
