摘要 以含三价铁离子的酸性溶液为源物质 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备三氧化二铁超细粉末 ,在 65 0℃下焙烧后得到Fe2 O3超细粉末 ,用X射线衍射 (XRD)对粒子进行表征 ,结果表明该超细粉末达到纳米级 ,其平均粒径达 2 3nm。 Ultrafine powder Fe 2O 3 materials were prepared using solution.Which contained Fe 3+ as a source matter .Sol-gel method was used to prepare nanosized Fe 2O 3.The nanoscale rutile-type Fe 2O 3 could be easily by sintered at 650℃ for 3 hours, XRD were adopted to study the morphologies and structures of Fe 2O 3, the crystal diameters reached about 23 nm. The morphogy study showed that Fe 2O 3 powder materials were nanosized Fe 2O 3.
