摘要
对在三倍体毛白杨P-RC APMP制浆中,NaOH用量对最终浆料及纤维特性的影响进行了探讨。通过对浆料纤维的筛分分析和质量分析表明,在P-RC APMP制浆过程中,增加化学预处理过程中的NaOH用量,能明显降低磨浆能耗,增加长纤维组分含量和纤维平均长度,降低细小纤维含量,同时纤维的卷曲和扭结程度也有所增加。通过SEM观察发现,高用碱量下的浆料纤维具有较高的柔软度、抗剪切能力,分丝帚化能力和纤维结合能力,所得纸页表面平滑,纤维结合紧密,具有较少的孔隙。纤维长度的增加,细小纤维含量的降低和纤维柔软程度的增加可能是导致浆料物理强度提高的主要原因。
Fiber classification,fiber quality analysis and SEM observation were used to investigate the effects of NaOH charge on fiber
characteristics of triploid Populus Tomentosa P-RC APMP in this paper. The result showed that increasing the charge of NaOH in P-RC
APMP process could reduce energy consumption and fines content, increase the average fiber length and long fiber fraction and also
increase the curl index and kink index of the fibers. The results from SEM observation illustrated that the fiber with high NaOH charge had
higher softness degree, better shearing resistance and better inter-fiber bonding ability. With increasing of NaOH charge, the surface of
handsheets became more smooth and closed.
