摘要
对速生材种三倍体毛白杨进行了APMP法制浆。通过对制浆过程中影响因素的探讨及单段和两段浆料性能的比较发现,化学预处理中NaOH用量和H2O2用量是影响浆料性能的主要因素,NaOH和H2O2在段间的不同分配及NaOH和H2O2不同比例也是影响浆料性能的因素。单段预处理与两段预处理APMP相比,在相同打浆度和化学药品用量下,两段预处理APMP具有较高的白度和强度,但光散射系数和不透明度较低。
The technology parameter s of APMP process of the triploid of populus tomentosa were investigated and the properties of APMP with one stage and two stages of pretreatment were compare d in this paper.The results showed that in the chemical pretreatment the charg e of NaOH and H 2 O 2 was the main factors that affected the pulp qualities.The charge of NaOH,e specially in the first stage of chemical pretreatment ,was related to pulp stre ngth.The charge of H 2 O 2 ,especially in the second stage of impregnation,contributed to brightness of the resultant pulp.In addition,the ratio of NaOH to H 2 O 2 and the distribution of chemicals in the first and second stage of impregnat ion also affected the pulp qualities.The comparison between APMP with one stag e and two stages of pretreatment illustrated that the pulp from two stages pr etreatment had higher brightness and breaking length,lower light scattering c oefficient and opacity.
