摘要
贝氏体钢磨球是一种新型磨球产品,具有磨耗低、破碎率低、失圆少、粉磨效率高、节约磨矿能耗和成本等优点。其耐磨性是国内优质铸球及高碳球的3倍以上,抗剥落及抗破碎性能则提高数倍,实际应用中的破碎率低于2％。文中基于大量试验结果及应用数据,较详细介绍了贝氏体钢磨球的优良特性,同时分析了国内磨球的现状及发展趋势,并针对磨球的工作特点,提出了磨球材料选材的原则。
Bainitic steel grinding ball is a kind of new grinding ball products. There are many characterisitics of very low wearing value, remarkable low broken rate, low rate of lossing roudness, high grinding efficiency, low electric consumption and cost etc. The wear-resistance is over three times than that of high grade cast balls or high carbon steel balls. And the broken rate or spalling rate is also much lower than that of them. The broken rate in practical is lower than 2％. Based on both many experiment and application data, the characteristic of bainitic steel grinding ball is introduced in details and current situation and trend of grinding balls in China are studied. A general princible for selecting grinding balls is put forward on the balls' specific performance in operation.
