摘要
针对中小型球磨机的工况,本文选取中低合金钢和低合金铸铁作为衬板和磨球的材质。比较了它们与其他材质的性能和耐磨性,测定了直接影响耐磨性的硬度指标及其分布情况。并对材料的显微组织进行了探讨。
medium-low alloy steel and low alloy cast-iron are choosen as materials of lining plate and grinding balls in this article according to the medium and small-sized ball mills.Wearability and functions are compared between them and their materials; The hardness index and the distribution influencing their wearability are mearsured and the mierostructunes are analysized on the materials.
