摘要
某高炮方向和高低回转连接都为钢丝滚道四点式滚球回转支承,构成全炮的一个重要组成部分。点接触的力学特性较为复杂,它对高炮射击精度的影响程度需进行专门的研究。本文以Hertz理论为依据,导出了回转支承的交形—载荷关系,并从静力角度出发估算了该炮射击振动中由回转支承交形引起的分量。
The single-row four-point-contact ball-type slewing bearing is adopted in a type of anti-air gun. It plays an important role in the mechanical characteristics of the gun. The influence of the bearing on the firing accuracy should be investigated carefully because of the complexity of the contact problem. This paper derives out the relationship between the deformations and the external loads in terms of the Hertz's theory. The firing bias of the gun caused by the horizontal rotating slewing bearing is estimated from a view point of statics and is shown to be a small quantity.
