摘要
从理论上分析了钢球轮廓波次与动态性能及轴承振动的关系,导出了钢球单体振动与轴承振动相应物理量的数学关系式。提出了钢球振动测量的合理波数范围为每周12~170波,对测量仪器和标准提出了改进和修订完善的建议。附表1个,参考文献5篇。
In this paper, the relation between the wave order of ball profile and dynamic performance as well as bearing vibration is analyzed theoretically, and the mathematical relational expressions of corresponding physical value of single ball vibration and bearing vibration are infroduced. The reasonable wave number range, i.e 12~170/ cycle, for ball vibration test is suggested, and a suggestion for improving measure instruments and modifying relative standards is made.
