摘要
以小鼠Moloney白血病病毒RNA为扩增序列,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测小鼠淋巴细胞腹水瘤组织和细胞中的白血病病毒,所需总RNA或DNA量少于1μg。
We report the PCR amplification of sequence from Moloney murine leukemia virus for the Identification of leukemia virus in tissue and cell samples obtained from mouse lymphocytic ascitic tumor strain and cell lines. Using this technique, the sequence of virai nucleic acid has been amplified and detected with less than 1μg of total RNA or DNA prepared from tissue and celis.
