介绍了一个针对DFM-1型电脑复合模具抛光机建造的自动编制工艺规程的专家系统——CONSULT,讨论了其原理、结构和特点,为CAPP(计算机辅助工艺规程编制)和专家系统技术的应用开拓了一个新的领域。
This paper presents the principles, structure and unique features of a generative process-planning expert system—CONSULT which is developed for a multifunctional polisher—DFM-1. Development of such a system opens up a new domain of the application of CAPP and expert system technologies. The basic principles of the system and the methodology of development, such as applications of the 'planning' techniques in AI to generate process routines and employing the production system to manipulate process numbers and sequences, are appliable also to CAPP systems for machining and assembly processes in general.
