摘要
在模具型腔光整加工中,多功能抛光机的出现,超声、电解和机械复合抛光新工艺的应用,与传统的单纯依靠工人的经验进行操作的工艺状况极不适应。本文介绍了一个针对DFM-1型电脑复合模具抛光机建造的自动编制工艺规程的专家系统,讨论了其原理、结构和特点,为CAPP及专家系统技术的应用开拓了一个新的领域。本系统的基本原理和用人工智能中规划的方法自动生成工艺路线,以及用产生式系统确定工序数目和顺序的方法也适用于机械零件切削加工和产品装配CAPP系统的建造。
The conventional methods in madel polishing, in which the workers operate by their experience do not suit the emergence of multifunctional polishing machines and applications of modern processes combining supersonic9 electrolytics and. mechanical techniques. This paper presents the principles, structure and the unique features of an automatical process planning expert system—CONSULT which is developed for a multifunctional poIisher—DFM-1. The developing of such a system opens a new domain of CAPP and expert system technologies. The basic principles of the system and the developing methdologies, such as applying the 'planning' techniques in Al to genarate process routines and employing the production system to manipulate process numbers and sequences, are appliable to the CAPP system for machining and assembly process.
