Metabolism and Physiological Effects of Inulin and Oligofructose

摘要 菊糖和低果聚糖是一类在人体上胃肠道不可消化,在大肠内发酵并产生低级脂肪酸,可促进双歧杆菌增殖和排便,低热值,高安全性的果聚糖。本文对此作了综述。 Inulin and oligofructose are not digested in the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract. they are fermented by the microflora of the colon, produce short-chain fatty acids, lead to the growth of the bifidobacteria population and induce feces excretion. Furthermore, they are low caloric value and high safety fructan.
